Your Donations Aid Hundreds in Our Community during the Holidays

For more than 30 years, All Saints parishioners have opened their hearts to help those in need in our local community during Thanksgiving and Christmas through a vital collaborative charitable effort with St. Margaret Mary.  Last year alone, more than 300 families, 400 children, received food and toys  during the holiday season.

We ask you, once again, to spread God’s love this holiday season through a donation to this important ministry. So far this year, 300 families and 350 children are registered to participate in the stores. With your essential help, this year’s participants will receive food, clothing, and toys this Thanksgiving and Christmas.

The Thanksgiving Store will be open from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday, November 20. The Christmas Store will be open from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 5

This year, we are asking parishioners to bring their food and toy donations to our Giving Thanks Dinner on November 12. If you cannot attend the  dinner, you may bring your new unwrapped $20 toys to the church before December 1. Toys can be placed in the boxes at the main entrance of the Church. Food donations for the Thanksgiving Store can be placed in the designated boxes at the entrance of the Church before or on November 19.

Volunteers are needed to both set up the stores and to serve participants. The Thanksgiving Store setup is 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  on Monday, November 20. The Christmas Store setup is 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on  Monday, December 4, and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 5.

Financial contributions are welcome to help purchase new clothing and dolls. To make a financial donation, please make checks out to All Saints Church and in the memo line please write SMM. Please contact Fr. Russell at (407) 647-3414 or for any other information.
