Join Us to Give Thanks and Bless Our Neighbors in Need This Holiday Season

Paul wrote in his first letter to the Thessalonians, “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, and give thanks in all things” (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18). Every year, we gather as a family at our Giving Thanks Dinner for a time of fellowship, a delicious meal, and to give thanks. We give thanks for our members, young and old, for our ministries, and for those who serve. Most importantly, we give thanks to God for our many blessings.

We hope each one of you will join us this year for this special tradition on Sunday, November 12, at 6:00 p.m.

The best way for us to thank God is to share with those who have less than us. For more than 30 years, All Saints parishioners have faithfully supported the Thanksgiving and Christmas Stores at St. Margaret Mary by bringing food for the Thanksgiving Store and toys for the Christmas Store. These stores enable over 400 families in the Winter Park area with limited means to have a Thanksgiving meal and gifts for children on Christmas Day.

In the past, we have collected items for the two stores on separate days. This year, we have decided to make the Giving Thanks Dinner the time to bring both a food item for the Thanksgiving Store and a gift for the Christmas Store.

Please join us this year. The cost is only $5 per child, $10 per adult, or $25 per family. To RSVP, call All Saints at (407) 647-3413. Bring along your food and toy donations with you that evening.
